The best way to maintain the integrity of your precious clonal cultures that incorporate eukaryotic expression vectors, carrying the bacterial neor/kanr genes, is to use the most efficient selective agents available. High potency ≥730 mg/mg, means lower concentrations are required to maintain selective pressure (around 25% less than lower potency alternatives).
