Whole cell lysate from NIH3T3 cells (~ 2.4 x 105 cells/lane) that were serum-starved for 16 hours and then grown in suspension (lane 1) or plated on fibronectin (50 mg/ml) for one hour (lane 2) or plated on fibronectin and treated with l phosphatase (lane 3) were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting using PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Paxillin (pSer178) (Cat. No. ST1069) at a 1:1000 dilution. Detection was via chemiluminescence. |
