IP-Activity Assay for BCR-Abl/c-Abl and Src Tyrosine Kinases
IP-Activity™ Kits for Bcr-Abl/c-Abl and Src can be used to monitor tyrosine kinase activity from a variety of sources, including cell lysates and partially-purified preparations. In conjunction with the pan-kinase inhibitor Staurosporine (included), the kits can also be used to determine the relative IC50 values of test inhbitors.

Versatile: Isolated active kinase is suitable for activity assays or immunoblotting
Useful: Specific effects of kinase inhibitors or activators can be measured
Convenient: Kit includes reagents for 10 samples, including inhibitor (Staurosporine)
c-Abl Activity c-Abl was immuno-precipitated using the IP-Activity™ BCR-Abl/c-Abl Kit.
Staurosporine Inhibition of c-Src Activity c-Src was immunoprecipitated from A431 cell lysates using the IP-Activity™ Src Kit.
