The NanoJuice™ Transfection Kit is designed for efficient transfection of difficult-to- transfect cells, such as primary cells, Saos-2, Caco-2, HUVEC, Jurkat, Raw 264.7, HeLa, and other mammalian cells. The NanoJuice reagent mixture uses the cutting-edge nanotechnology of Priostar® dendrimers along with a proven polycationic liposomal formulation. This combination of NanoJuice Core Transfection Reagent and NanoJuice Transfection Booster allows you to fine-tune transfection conditions for each specific cell type. Complete control over transfection conditions allows you to optimize transfection efficiencies and reduce cytotoxicity. To date, we have successfully demonstrated transfection with a selection of cell types using the new NanoJuice Transfection Kit, but we are enlisting your help to expand that list. If you work with a cell type that has not previously been transfected using the NanoJuice Transfection Kit, and you successfully try the NanoJuice Transfection Kit, you may be eligible to receive a Sony® Portable DVD Player. Submit your transfection results and you can receive a free Sony 8” Widescreen LCD Portable DVD Player*. Official Rules: For eligibility to receive the free Sony 8” Widescreen LCD Portable DVD Player, the following criteria must be met: - Successful transfection using the NanoJuice™ Transfection Kit must be demonstrated by providing data/images from one of the following: activity assays/reporter assays for transfected gene of interest; transfection efficiency assays, including facs; or fluorescent microscopy of transfected gene of interest.
- The cell type/line, or its derivative, must not previously have been shown to have successfully transfected using the NanoJuice Transfection Kit, as shown in the (see below).
- You agree that Novagen may list the name of the cell line used, as well as a brief technical protocol (i.e., volumes/ratio of each NanoJuice components used), in marketing promotions, including, but not limited to the Novagen Website, User Protocols, and product brochures.
Please include your full name and title, affiliation, the cell type/line used, a brief description of the protocol used, including the volumes/ratios of the two NanoJuice components and a brief description of how the transfection success was determined. This information may be used in the event that the image/data is used in marketing promotions. If we intend to use your data/results, we will contact you. If you wish not to have your data considered for publication, please note that in your submission. We reserve the right to contact you to clarify the results, if needed, to validate the submission.
