Sp-8-Br-cAMPS, Na

Lyophilized. HYGROSCOPIC. A potent cell-permeable, metabolically-stable activator of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). Induces guanine nucleotide exchange factor activity of GEFI (also known as Epac) and GEFII towards Rap1 both in vivo and in vitro. Significantly more lipophilic and cell-permeable than Sp-cAMPS (Cat. No. 116815). Note: 5 µmol = 2.23 mg. Purity: ≥99% by HPLC.
