w-Aga-IVA

Lyophilized. Potent selective high affinity blocker of P-type Ca2+ channels (Kd = 2 nM). Reported to abolish nicotine-evoked responses in cardiac vagal neurons (~100 nM). Biological activity: Fully inhibits the CA2+ current in a whole-cell patch-clamp assay at 50 nM using Purkinje neurons.. Purity: ≥99% by HPLC; single spot by TLC.
