Immunogen: a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acids surrounding the Ser473 phosphorylation site of human Akt1

Preservative: ≤0.1% sodium azide
Comments: Recognizes the ~60 kDa Akt1 protein phosphorylated at Ser473. Supplied with vanadate treated HepG2 positive control lysate.
