4-Amino-1,8-naphthalimide

Orange amorphous solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A potent, cell-permeable poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor (IC50= 180 nM in vitro) and radiation sensitizer. Reduces ischemia-reperfusion injury in the heart and skeletal muscle. Purity: ≥95% by HPLC. RTECS DE4081000, CAS 1742-95-6.
