Inhibits the specific binding of a radiolabeled cannabinoid probe, HU-243 (Ki = 52 nM). This inhibition is not reversed by the addition of the opioid antagonist naloxane. Also inhibits Ca2+ currents in N18 neuroblastoma cells, inhibits lymphocyte proliferation, and induces apoptosis. Stimulates MAP kinase activity in hematopoietic cell lines. Purity: ≥97% by HPLC.
