Lyophilized. Lyophilized from 0.5X PBS. A proteolytic fragment containing the first three kringle structures of plasminogen. Acts as a specific inhibitor of endothelial cell growth and angiogenesis. Displays increased inhibitory activity (ED50 = 70 nM) relative to kringles 1 - 4 (ED50 = 135 nM). Purity: ≥95% by HPLC and SDS-PAGE. Contaminants: Endotoxins: ≤ 0.1 ng/µg protein.
