Apo C-I

Lyophilized. Lyophilized from 10 mM NH₄HCO₃, pH 7.5. Native apolipoprotein C-I from human plasma. A major component of VLDL that partially activates lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase activity and inhibits lipoprotein lipase activity. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. Prepared from plasma that has been shown by certified tests to be negative for HBsAg and for antibodies to HIV and HCV.
