Recombinant, human apolipoprotein E-E3 (cysteine at amino acid 112 and arginine at amino acid 158) expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Most common form of apolipoprotein E. Binds to b-amyloid protein and to the LDL receptor. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE.
