4-(4′-Benzamidoanilino)-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline

Yellow solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable anilinoquinazoline compound that acts as a potent, selective, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Aurora kinases (IC50 = 310 nM and 240 nM for Aurora A and B, respectively, 1.25 µM in MCF7 cells). Due to its limited aqueous solubility and high serum binding property, it is recommended for in vitro, but not in vivo, use. Purity: ≥90% by HPLC. CAS 331770-21-9.
