[(2S,3R)-3-Amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutanoyl]-Leu

White crystalline solid. Binds to cell surfaces and inhibits surface aminopeptidases, notably aminopeptidase B and leucine aminopeptidase. Also acts as a potent aminopeptidase N inhibitor. Activates macrophages and T lymphocytes. Has antitumor properties. Purity: >99% by titration (dry basis). RTECS OH2915000, CAS 58970-76-6.
