Adc-Ahx-(D-Arg)6-NH2
ARC-902 White solid. Supplied as a trifluoroacetate salt. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. HYGROSCOPIC. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable adenosine carboxylic acid conjugate of hexa-D-Arginine peptide designed to target both the donor (ATP) and acceptor substrate binding sites of basophilic protein kinases. Shown to strongly inhibit several AGC kinases (by ≥95% at 1 µM), including MSK1, p70 S6K, PKBa/b, and ROCK II, among a 52 kinase panel. Purity: ≥95% by HPLC.
