Lyophilized. Recombinant, human bone morphogenetic protein-4 (BMP-4) expressed in E. coli and purified by proprietary chromatographic methods. BMP-4 is a monomeric protein that belongs to the transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) superfamily. BMP-4 plays an important role in the development of various organs. It is essential for bone growth and regeneration in periodontal tissue. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. Contaminants: Endotoxin:< 0.1 ng/µg of Bone Morphogenetic Protein-4.
