Lyophilized. Lyophilized from sterile 10 mM sodium citrate, pH 3.5. Recombinant, human bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7) expressed in E. coli and purified by proprietary chromatographic methods. BMP-7 is a monomeric protein that belongs to the transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) superfamily. BMP-7 plays an important role in embryogenic renal and eye development. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE.
