N-Benzyl-p-toluenesulphonamide White crystalline solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A potent inhibitor of Ca2+-stimulated myosin S1 ATPase (IC50 ~5 µM) and reversibly blocks the gliding motility. It also weakens myosin’s interaction with F-actin.
