Supplied as a cross-linked agarose matrix coupled to Calmodulin (ligand concentration 1 mg/ml) in PBS buffer containing 0.02% NaN3. DO NOT FREEZE. Calmodulin linked via a secondary amine to a 15-atom spacer arm attached to agarose. Useful for the isolation of CaM-binding proteins. Purity: homogeneous by SDS-PAGE.
