Carbacyclic PGI2

White solid. Stable, synthetic, carbacyclic analog of prostacyclin with similar spectrum of activity but is only 10% as potent. Activates adenylate cyclase via G-protein coupled PGI2 receptors. Mimics effects of naturally-occurring prostacyclin. Purity: ≥98% by TLC. CAS 69552-46-1.
