Ac-LEHD-AFC

White solid. Supplied as a trifluoroacetate salt. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PROTECT FROM MOISTURE. A fluorogenic substrate for caspase-9 (ICE-LAP6, Mch6). May also act as a substrate for caspase-4 and caspase-5. Reaction can be monitored visually or quantitatively by a blue to green shift in fluorescence upon cleavage of the AFC fluorophore. Purity: ≥95% by HPLC. Excitation max.: ~400 nm, Emission max.: ~505 nm
