IC60211

Beige solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A morpholino-salicylaldehyde compound that acts as a potent, selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of DNA-PK (IC50 = 430 nM). Inhibits PI 3-K catalytic subunit p110-isozymes at higher concentrations (IC50 = 10 µM, 2.8 µM, 5.1 µM and 37 µM for a, b, d and g, respectively) and weakly inhibits a panel of several other kinases, including, ATM, CK2, GRK2, mTOR, PI 3KC2a, PI 3KC2b, PI 3KC2g and PI 4Kb, even at concentrations as high as 50 µM.
