A cell-permeable quinazolinyl-chloroacetamide compound that selectively and irreversibly blocks EGFR autophosphorylation with no effect on the expression levels of EGFR, and suppresses leiomyoma and myometrical cell proliferation (IC50 = 0.7 µM and 1.1 µM, respectively).
