Anti-Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (pSer1047)

Immunogen: a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acids surrounding the Ser1047 phosphorylation site of human EGFR
Form: Lyophilized
Formulation: 100 µg antibody lyophilized from 2X PBS, PEG, sucrose and 200 µl lyophilized control lysate.
Preservative: ≤0.1% sodium azide (antibody only)
Positive Control: Vanadate-treated HepG2 cells (included)
Comments: Recognizes the ~175 kDa EGFR protein phosphorylated at Ser1047 in vanadate-treated HepG2 cells. Supplied with a positive control.
