White lyophilized solid. Lyophilized from 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.5. Native fibronectin purified from human fibroblasts. Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE. Prepared from tissue of individuals that have been shown by certified tests to be negative for HBsAg and for antibodies to HIV and HCV. CAS 86088-83-7.
