White lyophilized solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A colorimetric substrate for granzyme B (k_cat/K_m = 6.6 x 10⁴ M^-1s^-1). Cleavage of pNA is monitored colorimetrically at ~405 nm (e = 9,160 M^-1cm^-1). Purity: ≥95% by HPLC.
