A cell-permeable inhibitor of protein kinase A (Ki = 2.3 µM), CaM kinase II (Ki = 13 µM), myosin light chain kinase (Ki = 150 µM), protein kinase C (Ki = 40 µM), and protein kinase G (Ki = 1.3 µM).
