Recombinant human histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) expressed in insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. HDAC3 is a class I histone deacetylase that regulates gene expression by deacetylation of histones and nonhistone proteins. It is suggested that HDACs play an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression and activation, and biological processes in eukaryotes that involve chromatin. One unit = 1 ng protein Purity: ≥95% by SDS-PAGE.
