Shown to induce apoptosis and preferentially inhibit the growth of primary human endothelial cells over fibroblasts by blocking VEGFR2 autophosphorylation and subsequent rac activation. Also blocks the in vivo growth of SVR angiosarcoma in nude mice. Purity: ≥98% by HPLC. CAS 35354-74-6.
