Hyaluronic acid degrading endoglycosidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of 1,4 linkages in chondroitin, chondroitin-4-sulfate, chondroitin-6-sulfate esters, and hyaluronic acid. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will cause the same turbidity reduction as 1.0 unit of International Standard preparation. pH optimum 4.5 - 6.0. EC 3.2.1.35, CAS 37326-33-3.
