Activity: ≥ 100 TRU (Turbidity Reducing Units)/ampule. Specific activity: ≥2000 U/A280. One TRU (Turbidity Reducing Unit) is defined as the amount of enzyme that will hydrolyze 50% of hyaluronic acid, determined by a 50% reduction in turbidity, in 30 min at 60°C pH 6.0.
