Dark red solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A potent inhibitor of Cdk1 (IC₅₀ = 5 nM) and Cdk5 (IC₅₀ = 7 nM) and glycogen synthase kinase-3b (GSK-3b; IC₅₀ = 80 nM). The inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP. Purity: ≥97% by HPLC.
