2-Methoxy-3,17b-dihydroxyestra-1,3,5(10)-triene White crystalline solid. A natural metabolite of 17b-estradiol that is devoid of estrogenic activity. Inhibits cell proliferation and angiogenesis. Markedly inhibits the neovascularization of solid tumors and suppresses tumor growth in mice.
