THIOLYTE® MC Reagent

Yellow solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. Can be used as a fluorochrome indicator for glutathione content. Useful in flow cytometry. Reacts more selectively with glutathione in whole cells than does THIOLYTE® MB Reagent. Purity: ≥98% by HPLC. Absorption max. (MeOH): 380 nm; emission max. (MeOH): 460 nm.
