Nordihydroguaiaretic Acid Crystalline solid. A cell-permeable antioxidant and a selective lipoxygenase (LOX) inhibitor (IC50 = 200 nM, 30 µM, and 30 µM for 5-LOX, 12-LOX, and 15-LOX, respectively) over cyclooxygenase (IC50 = 100 µM).
