Neuronal Nitric Oxide Synthase
nNOS, Rat

Liquid. In 50 mM HEPES, 100 mM NaCl, 5 µM tetrahydrobiopterin, 25% glycerol, pH 7.4. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Recombinant, rat neuronal NOS expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Specific activity: ≥25 units/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will produce 1 nmol of nitric oxide per min in the presence of calmodulin at 37°C, pH 7.5.
