Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase
iNOS, Mouse Macrophage Liquid. In 50 mM HEPES, 10% glycerol, pH 7.4. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Native, inducible NOS 100,000 x g isolated from the supernatant of immunostimulated murine macrophages (RAW 264.7 cells). Specific activity: ≥5 units/mg protein.
