PDE3B Liquid. In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 8.3. Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 3B expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. An important component of insulin and cAMP-dependent signaling. Supplied as a partially purified preparation. Activity: ≥0.5 units/µl.
