PDE4C2 Liquid. In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.3. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterdase 4C2 expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Supplied as a partially purified preparation of the catalytically active enzyme. Activity: ≥ 0.5 units/µl.
