Lyophilized. The marker proteins are provided as a pre-blended mixture lyophilized from PBS, 0.1% SDS, PEG, sucrose, 0.09% sodium azide. Malachite Green is added as a tracking dye and to visualize individual lanes after blotting to PVDF membranes. Contains six phosphotyrosine-modified proteins ranging in molecular weight from 24 to 116 kDa. Markers are b-galactosidase, 116 kDa; phosphorylase A, 94 kDa; BSA, 67 kDa; ovalbumin, 51 kDa; carbonic anhydrase, 32 kDa; soybean trypsin inhibitor, 24 kDa.
