cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase 3A1, Catalytic Domain

Liquid. In RIPA Buffer (150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris, 0.1% NP-40), pH 8.3. Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 3A1 catalytic domain expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Activity: ≥0.5 units/µl. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will convert 1 pmole cAMP to AMP per min at pH 7.5, 30°C.
