Lyophilized. Supplied as a trifluoroacetate salt. HYGROSCOPIC. An excellent protein tyrosine phosphatase substrate. The sequence is derived from the insulin receptor b-subunit cytoplasmic domain containing the regulatory autophosphorylation sites Tyr1146, Tyr1150, and Tyr1151. Purity: ≥98% by HPLC. Sold on the basis of peptide content.
