2-{8-[(Dimethylamino)methyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydropyrido[1,2-a]indol-3-yl}-3-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)maleimide, HCl

Red solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. A selective cell-permeable protein kinase C inhibitor. Displays about 10-fold greater selectivity for PKCa (IC50 = 9 nM) and 4-fold greater selectivity for PKCbI (IC50 = 28 nM) over PKCe (IC50 = 108 nM). Also prevents T cell-driven chronic inflammatory responses in vivo. Purity: ≥95% by HPLC. CAS 151342-35-7.
