Comments: Recognizes the ~46, ~52, and ~66 kDa isoforms of Shc phosphorylated at Tyr239 and Tyr240 in vanadate-treated HepG2 cells. Does not cross-react with non-phosphorylated Shc or with unrelated phosphorylation sites.
