Detection of human Src, phosphorylated on Tyr529, by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from chick embryo fibroblasts transfected with either wild type Src (WT) (lanes 2,4,6) or a Src deletion mutant (DM) that lacks the C-terminal negative regulatory domain (lanes 1, 3, 5). Primary antibodies: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Src (pTyr529) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. 569374) (1:1000) or Pan Src antibody. Detection: chemiluminescence.
