Sulfosuccinimidyl-trans-4-(N-maleimidomethyl)cyclohexane-1-carboxylate

Off-white solid. Ideal for coupling enzymes to antibodies. Contains a cyclohexane bridge, which gives extra stability to the maleimide group. Both enzyme activity and antibody specificity are preserved after coupling. Purity: ≥94% by HPLC. CAS 92921-24-9.
