Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Tau (pThr231) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. 577813) (1:1000) pre-incubated without peptide (lane 1), with the peptide immunogen (lane 2), non-phosphopetide corresponding to the tau phosphopetide (lane 3), or a generic phosphothreonine containing peptide (lane 4).
