Lyophilized thin film. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PROTECT FROM MOISTURE. Mixture of two isomers. Potent inhibitor of protein phosphatases. Inhibits protein phosphatase 1 (IC50 = 1 nM), protein phosphatase 2A (IC50 = 10 nM), and smooth muscle endogenous phosphatase (IC50 = 6 nM). Higher concentrations are needed to inhibit protein phosphatase 2B. Does not inhibit protein phosphatase 2C. Purity: ≥97% by HPLC. RTECS WX1000000, CAS 109946-35-2.
