Lyophilized solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. HYGROSCOPIC. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A 13-nucleotide 2′-O-MeRNA possessing terminal phosphorothioate linkages. Potently inhibits telomerase activity (IC50 = 2 nM at 23°C and 3 nM at 37°C). Induces apoptosis in cationic lipid treated human epithelial cells. Note: 100 nmol = 469 µg. Purity: ≥90% by HPLC and SDS-PAGE.
