TNF-a Convertase Enzyme Substrate, Fluorogenic Liquid. A 4 mM (7.5 mg/ml) solution in DMSO. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. AVOID FREEZE/THAW CYCLES. A fluorogenic peptide substrate for TACE (Km = ~ 19 µM). Substrate cleavage occurs at the Ala-Val bond. Useful for screening TACE Inhibitors. Purity: ≥90% by HPLC.
